How mobile home demolition is priced

Demolition work is priced per square foot, which keeps the bill tied to the actual size of the structure. For most mobile homes, the work falls into the light selective range, which runs $2.50 to $3.75 per square foot. A unit in rough shape or one that needs careful separation of materials can push toward the higher end.

The debris that leaves the lot is then hauled and disposed of. For larger jobs we often place a roll-off dumpster on site, and a 30 yard dumpster is $425 including up to 3 tons.
